Spinach Lasagna

I'm home for a little more than a week of Spring Break, which is very exciting in my opinion. Just one big test and one paper are standing in my way. That and finding a ride to the airport at like 6 in the morning.

And seriously, has anyone else felt Eric's absence? Where is that kid? The blogosphere is missing a key player.
